August Derleth

Author of The Return of Hastur, Witches' Hollow and The Gable Window (along with numerous other tales that mention Hastur in passing). He did much to promote the writings of H.P. Lovecraft and, somewhat controversially, attempted a standardisation of The Cthulhu Mythos.
