Fantasy here means stories that are not set in contemporary or historical Earth (although it may cover prehistoric adventures). This would include stories set in Carcosa, whatever its exact nature, and stories that are more overtly Swords and Sorcery in style. It could also include Historical Fantasy or Gaslamp Fantasy. By definition, it will be Supernatural.
