Beings that inhabited the city of Ib in Mnar and worshipped Bokrug. Apparently native to the Moon, they arrived mysteriously on Earth with their city beside a lake. They were vaguely frog-like and unable to speak. It is possible they were somehow connected with the reptillian beings said to inhabit the Nameless City. They were exterminated by the men of Sarnath. If Ib is connected to Carcosa, they may be linked to The Carcosa Mythos. They have been associated, without any real evidence, to the Moon-beasts.
