Veronica "Ronca" Halberd

Character in Cold Case : Rona. Born Anastasia Jones of Texas, she was a cousin or otherwise related to the notorious Jim Jones. She married Colonel Tom Halberd. She was a prominent figure in the First Church of Ressurection and ran the Robledo Museum.
